All advertisements must comply with applicable laws and Muezbiz content guidelines.
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their ad content is accurate, not misleading, and does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Advertising fees are due in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Advertisements may not contain content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or promotes harmful products or services.
The Publisher (Muezbiz.com) shall display Advertiser’s content based solely on:
* Topic & Subtopic Alignment: Ads will be served within specific interest categories (e.g., "Renewable Energy" > "Solar Tech") based on the real-time content a user is viewing.
* Generalized Geolocation: Targeting is restricted to broad regions (e.g., City or State level) provided by the user or derived from non-precise network data.
* Zero-Data Brokering: The Publisher warrants it does not sell, lease, or share any user data with third-party brokers, or use cross-site tracking cookies.
* Data Limitation: The Publisher only maintains contact information (for account functionality) and generalized location. No behavioral profiles or "shadow profiles" are created for advertising purposes.
* No PII Transfer: No Personally Identifiable Information (PII) shall be transferred to the Advertiser. The Advertiser will receive only aggregated, anonymized performance metrics.
* Contextual Intelligence: Ads are triggered by keywords, metadata, and the active topic of the user’s current session.
* Opt-In Zero-Party Data: If the Advertiser uses interactive elements (e.g., polls or quizzes), any data volunteered by the user belongs to the Publisher’s secure environment unless the user explicitly opts-in to share it with the Advertiser.
* Truth in Advertising: All creative must comply with FTC Endorsement Guides regarding clear disclosures (e.g., #Ad or "Sponsored").
* Prohibited Tracking: The Advertiser is prohibited from embedding "pixels," "web beacons," or other tracking technologies designed to identify individual users or bypass the Publisher’s privacy protections.
* Privacy-Safe Metrics: Reports will include total impressions, click-through rates (CTR), and engagement within specific subtopics and regions.
* No Granular Attribution: The Publisher will not provide individual-level conversion tracking that requires following a user across other sites or apps.
* Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice.
* Immediate termination is permitted if the Publisher is found to have violated its "No-Brokerage" warrant or if the Advertiser attempts to scrape user data.
